When do purchase points appear?
After an eligible paid order is fully fulfilled.
How are points calculated?
Earn 1 point per whole dollar of the eligible subtotal after discounts and before shipping and tax.
Are wholesale purchases eligible?
Wholesale orders and accounts associated with wholesale purchasing are not eligible for retail rewards.
How long does activity review take?
Most reviews and social activity are checked within one to three business days.
What can I get with points?

Do points expire?
No. Your balance can hold up to 10,000 points.
What happens after a refund?
Purchase points are adjusted to match the remaining eligible subtotal.
